Pre course questionnaire EQ/Ei and 360º feedback followed by individual coaching session to set your overall course objectives.
5x3 day module programme with modules delivered every other month.
In addition you will receive coaching between modules every alternative month.
The style of training and coaching is highly practical, linking theory into action and practice, so that you can apply the learning immediately. The pace is high, feedback forthright and is delivered with a dash of fun.
